早期综合康复结合针灸、高压氧对急性脑梗死的临床观察

目的观察早期综合康复治疗结合针灸、高压氧治疗对急性脑梗死的临床观察。方法将240例急性脑梗死患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组120例。两组给神经内科常规治疗,治疗组行综合康复、针灸、高压氧;对照组仅给针灸、高压氧。治疗前及治疗30d后,运用Fugl-Meyer量表(FMA)和改良Barthel指数(MBI)评分标准评价两组疗效。结果早期康复组有效110例,有效率达92.60%,而对照组有效92例,有效率为76.67%。两组患者临床疗效间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗1个月后,两组神经功能、FMA与MBI评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论早期综合康复结合针灸、高压氧对急性脑梗死临床疗效肯定。

Clinical Observation of Early Comprehensive Rehabilitation with Acupuncture and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy on Acute Cerebral Infarct Patients

Objective To observe the clinical effects of early comprehensive rehabilitation with acupuncture and hyperbaric oxygen therapy on acute cerebral infarct patients in coastal areas. Methods Acute cerebral infarct patients( n = 240) were randomly divided into two groups. All the patients received routine treatment. The treatment group began to receive early comprehensive rehabilitation with acupuncture and hyperbaric oxygen. Control group was only given acupuncture and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. All the patients were determined and evaluated by using FMA and MBI methods before and 30 days after the treatment. Results After the treatment,the indices of two groups were improved markedly( P < 0. 01) . FMA and MBI values of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group, whereas the incidences of commonly encountered complications of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group( P < 0. 01) . Conclusion The clinical effects of early comprehensive rehabilitation with acupuncture and hyperbaric oxygen therapy on acute cerebral infarct were clear and significant.
