摘    要:目的探讨仪器法检测血小板减少患者,血小板计数数据的准确性、影响因素和解决方法。方法对530例仪器法血小板减少患者标本,进行血涂片染色镜检分析,并手工计数复检。结果530例标本其中有55例假性血小板减少,原因分为采集因素、EDTA依赖因素、大血小板因素、小血小板因素、其它因素。475例真性血小板减少。结论对于仪器法血小板减少或仪器提示异常的患者标本需经血涂片观察和人工复检方能发布结果,以提高血小板计数准确性,减少误诊。

Abstract:Objective To explore the method of detection instrument in patients with thrombocytopenia, platclet count data accuracy, in- fluence factors and solving methods. Methods 530 cases of biood platelet decrease patient specimens, were stained blood smear microcopy analysis, and manual counting inspection. Results 530 cases of specimens horn which there were 55 eases of thrombocytopenia, reasons for acquisition factors, EDTA dependent factor, platelet factor, small platelet factors, other factors. 475cases of true thrombocytopenia. Conclusion the blood ptatelet decrease or instrument tips in patients with abnormal blood smear specimens were observed and artificial re - inspection can publish the results, in order to improve the accuracy of platelet count, reduce misdiagnosis.
