银杏达莫注射液联合尼可地尔治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床疗效的探讨

目的通过对不稳定型心绞痛患者采用银杏迭莫注射液联合尼可地尔治疗，探讨联合用药治疗的临床疗效。方法选择本院心内科被确诊为不稳定型心绞痛住院患者71例随机分为两组，对照组22例采用常规西药治疗，治疗组49例在常规西药治疗的基础上加用口服尼可地尔片配合静滴银杏达莫注射液，疗程均为14天。观察两组治疗前后心绞痛疗效、心电图以及心功能指标变化情况和联合用药后患者的不良反应。结果两姐患者心绞痛发作疗效、心电图疗效改善的总有效率比较，治疗组优于对照组差异有显著性（P〈0．05或P〈0．01），两组心功能指标变化均比治疗前提高（P〈0．05或P〈0．01），对照组的不良反应率（40．91％）显著高于治疗组的不良反应率（8．16％），两组差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论银杏达莫注射液联合尼可地尔治疗能有效减少不稳定型心绞痛患者的疼痛发作频率，心电图疗效和心功能明显改善且安全可靠，值得娅床推广和应用。

Clinical efficacy discussion of unstable anginal pectoris treated by Ginkgo-Dyyidamolum and Nicorandil

Objective Through to the unstable angina patients using ginkgo of mo injection, joint, treatment, explore the clinical efficacy of combination therapy. Methods choose our heart are identified as unstable angina patients in hospital 71 cases randomly divided into two groups： control group （22 cases by the conventional western medicine treatment, the treatment group of 49 cases in the conventional western medicine treatment on the basis oi＂ add a oral nicorandil tablet with static drop ginkgo biloba da mo injection, period of treatment are 14 days. Results Two groups of patients with angina pectoris attack curative effect, electrocardiogram to improve curative effect of total effective rate comparison, the treatment group than in contlol group （p 〈O. 05 or p 〈 0.01 ）, two groups of cardiac function indexes variation are better than before treatment improve （p 〈 0.05 or p 〈 0.01 ）, and the control group of bad response rate （40.91% ） was statistically higher than that in treatment group adverse reaction rate （8.16%）, two groups have significant difference （p 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Ginkgo of mo injection, joint, treatment can effectively reduce the unstable angina patients pain attack frequency, electrocardiogram curative effect and cardiac function obviously improved and safe and reliable, and clinical application.
