婴幼儿腹泻A群轮状病毒检测结果分析

目的了解肇庆市腹泻婴幼儿轮状病毒的感染情况。方法采单克隆抗体免疫胶体金技术对1026倒腹泻婴幼儿的新鲜粪便标本进行A群轮状病毒抗原检测。结果1026例腹泻病儿中捡出438倒A群轮状病毒阳性标本，阳性率为42．69％。男病儿检测阳性率为43．45％，女痛儿检测阳性率为41．05％。6个月-2岁是轮状病毒感染的高炭年龄段，检测阳性事为53．19％，9—12月份期闻总的检测阳性率为53．22％，明显高于其他月份（16．84％），差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论单克隆抗体免疫胶体金技术简单快速。结果可靠，适用于各级医院婴幼儿腹泻的检验。

Group-A rotavirus detection results analysis in infantile patients with diarrhea

Objective To understand the situation of rotavims infection in infantile diarrhea in zhaoqing. Methods Fresh excreta samples of 1026 infants with diarrhea were collected and rotavirus group- A was detected by monockmal antibody immune colloidal gold device. Re- Of the 1026 samples studied,438 were detected with rotavirus group - A,tbe positive rate being 42.69% .The high incidence age was 6 month to 2 year- old, with the positive rate of 53.19 %. The infection rate in male infants was 43.45 % versus 41.05 % in the female. Season- ally, from 9 to 12 months, total infection rate of rotavirus A was 53.22 %, significantly higher than that in the other months（ 16.84% ）（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Monecloual antibody immune colloidal gold device is simple, rapid and reliable, The test applies infantile diarrhea in all hos- pitals.
