类风湿关节炎患者血液中PADI4表达的研究

目的探索肽基精氨酸脱亚胺基酶4（PADI4）在早期类风湿关节炎（RA）患者血液中的表达。方法收集早期RA（发病六个月）和早期骨关节炎（发病六个月）（OA）患者的血清，EusA方法检测患者血清中的PADI4，anti—CCP和RF的水平，同时检测超过三年的RA患者血浆中这三种物质的水平。另外还采集了健康者以及系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）患者的血样进行分析。作为对照。结果68．7％的早期RA患者的PADI4水平明显高于早期OA患者。长时间患RA病人的PADI4表达量高于SLE病人，但与健康人水平没有多大的差剐。在RA患者血液中，PADI4的水平与RF和anti—CCP的水平密切相关。蛄论PADI4可能在RA发病起始过程中发挥作用，PADI4的表达水平可能与疾病活动争一些临床表现有关。

The study of blood PADI4 expression in patients with rheumatoid arthritis patients

Objective To investigate the expression of PADI4 in Serum from patients with early rheumatoid arthrtis （RA）. Methods Serum of patients with early RA and early osteoarthfitis（OA）patients were collected. The PADI4, anti - CCP and RF level in the samples were detected by ELISA. The levels were also detected in RA patients with the disease duration over 3 years. Blood from health people and patients with systemic inpus erythematosus（SLE）were as controls. Results Levels of PADI4 were obviously elevated in blcod of 68.7% early RA pa- tients as compared with samples from patients-with OA. The PADI4 level was also higher in RA patients with long disease duration than the samples from patients with SLE, but has no differenee with the level in blood of health people. In serum of patients with RA, the PADI4 levd is significantly associated with levels of RF and anti - CCP. Conclusion PADI4 may play a role in the beginning of RA, The PADI4 level may be related with disease activity and clinical manifestation.
