时间分辨免疫荧光法检测HBV血清标志物的对比分析

目的探讨时间分辨免疲荧光法（TRnA）和酶联免疫吸附试验法（EusA）时HBV血清标志物的捡测结果，并进行对比分析。方法分别采用TRF1A定量和ELISA定性两种方法时90例1临床样本的乙型肝炎痛毒表面抗原（HBsAg）、乙型肝炎病毒表面抗体（HBsab）、乙型肝炎病毒e抗原（HBeAg）、乙型肝炎病毒e抗体（HBeAb）和乙型肝炎病毒核心抗体（HBcAb）5个指标进行检测．通过κ检验评价两种方法之间的一致程度。结果采用TRF1A方法捡测时，5个指标的阳性车分别为47．1％、41．1％、44．4％、58．9％和48．9％；两种方法对各指标的检测效率均表现出很高的一致度，其中HBsAb指标为极强的一致性，其它指标均为高度一致。结论传统的ELIS具有较高的可靠性，与TRFIA方法的一致性较高。

The comparative analysis of detecting HBV serum markers by using the time resolved fluorescence immunoassay method

We examined the serum concentration of molecular markers in hepatitis B virus patients by using the time resolved fluorescence immunoassay （TRFIA） method and ELISA method for comparative analyses. Methods Both the TRFIA and ELISA meth（,ds were employed to determine the serum concentration of HBsAg, HBsAb, HBeAg, HBeAb, and HBcA.b in 90 samples from hepatitis B vinls pa-tients. The comparative analysis between the two methods was subsequently conducted according to the K test. Results The positive rates of serum HBsAg, HBsAb, ltBeAg, ltBeAb, and HBcAb were 47.1%, 41.1%, 44.4%, 58.9%, and 48.9%, which were not significantly different from the ELISA method. The consistent degrees for the five indexes were high. Among them, the highest consistent degree between the two methods was observed in the HBsAb. Conclusion The serum levels of HBsAg, HBsAb, HBeAg, tiBeAb, and HBcAh were not signifi-cantly different between the TRFIA method and ELISA method, which indicated the high accuracy of traditional ELISA method.
