| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨肝癌微环境中CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞(CD4+CD25+regulatory T cells,Treg)与免疫细胞及肝癌细胞凋亡的关系.方法:收集肝癌标本30例(包括肝癌组织及癌旁组织),正常肝组织10例.用免疫组织化学技术检测上述组织中的Treg,应用TUNEL法标记凋亡的免疫细胞和肝癌细胞,并分别计算凋亡指数.结果:癌组织与癌旁组织中的Treg浸润程度及免疫细胞凋亡水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).肝癌组织与癌旁组织中Treg浸润程度与免疫细胞凋亡水平呈正相关(r=0.739,0.880,P<0.05),免疫细胞凋亡水平与肝癌细胞凋亡水平呈负相关(r=-0.827,P<0.05).结论:肝癌微环境中的Treg与免疫细胞凋亡及肿瘤局部免疫密切相关.
