奥昔布宁对下尿路刺激症及急迫性尿失禁病人的疗效

目的：比较国产与进口奥昔布宁对下尿路刺激症及急迫性尿失禁病人的疗效。方法：２０３例下尿路刺激症及急迫性尿失禁病人（男性１３５例，女性６８例，年龄５２±ｓ１７ａ），随机分试验组１２３例与对照组８０例，试验组与对照组分别给国产与进口奥昔布宁片５ｍｇ，ｐｏ，ｔｉｄ，７～１４ｄ。儿童减半。结果：以总点数、尿流率及尿量评估２组皆有显著疗效（Ｐ＜０．０１），２组间疗效差别不显著（Ｐ＞０．０５）。不良反应轻微。结论：国产与进口奥昔布宁对治疗下尿路刺激症及急迫性尿失禁疗效相仿。

Oxybutynin in treating lower urinary irritation symptoms and urinary incontinence with urgency

AIM: To compare the clinical efficacy between domestic and imported oxybutynin in treating the lower urinary irritation symptoms and urinary incontinence with urgency. METHODS: Two hundred and three patients (M 135, F 68, age 52±s 17 a) with lower urinary irritation symptoms or urinary incontinence with urgency caused by various diseases were treated with oxybutynin with single-blind, randomized and open trials. Patients were divided into 2 groups: 123 patients of treatment group were given domestic oxybutynin, while 80 patients were given imported oxybutynin, 5 mg for adults and 2.5 mg for children, po, tid for 7-14 d. RESULTS: The effects on symptom scores, uroflow rates, and urinary volumes in 2 groups were marked (P<0.01), and the curative rates showed no significant difference between the 2 groups (P>0.05). The adverse reactions in both groups were mild. CONCLUSION: The domestic and imported oxybutynin are alike in treating lower urinary irritation symptoms and urinary incontinence with urgency.
