中医药为主治疗肾性蛋白尿临床研究

蛋白尿（proteinuria）是以肾小球滤过屏障结构及功能异常为主要病理基础,肾脏对血液正常超滤作用受损以及肾小管重吸收功能受损的结果。蛋白尿是肾损害的标志物,也是肾衰发生发展中起决定作用的因素之一。西医治疗肾性蛋白尿主要采用糖皮质激素、免疫抑制剂等。此类治疗方法虽有较满意的疗效,但同时亦使人体免疫力下降,导致感染等严重并发症。近年来随着深入探寻肾性蛋白尿的发病机制,中医药为主治疗肾性蛋白尿取得了较好的临床进展。

Clinical Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treatment of Renal Albuminuria
