金钱草在肝胆疾病中应用

金钱草（Lysimachia christinae Hance）为报春花科植物过路黄的干燥全草,具有很高的药用价值,分布广,具有丰富资源、价格低廉、安全性好等特点,其味淡咸,性寒凉,入小肠、膀胱、肝、胆四经。具有清热解毒、散瘀消肿、利湿退黄之功效,可用于结石、淋证、黄疸等症;现代药理研究发现该品主要含甾醇、黄酮类、鞣质等,具有排石、抑菌、抗炎等作用,目前应用于临床治疗多种疾病,现仅就其在肝胆疾病方而应用作一讨论。
