消栓饮对兔下肢深静脉血栓形成血液流变学影响实验研究

摘    要:目的:观察消栓饮对创伤性下肢深静脉血栓模型兔血液流变学的影响。方法:将30只新西兰大白兔随机分为模型对照组、消栓饮组及低分子肝素组。建立创伤性下肢深静脉血栓兔模型后,模型组给予生理盐水、消栓饮组给予消栓饮灌胃,低分子肝素组予以低分子肝素钠皮下注射,连续给药1周。检测造模前后不同时间点各组血液流变学的变化。结果:各组造模前后自身比较,血液流变学指标及纤维蛋白原数值均明显升高(P〈0.05)。不同时间点各组间检测结果比较,消栓饮组及低分子肝素组的血液流变学及凝血功能等指标较模型对照组均有明显改善,有统计学意义(P〈0.05或P〈0.01);与低分子肝素组比较,消栓饮组的血液流变学及凝血功能等指标均无显著差异(P〉0.05)。结论:消栓饮对大白兔DVT模型有较好的抗凝作用,能有效地防治下肢DVT形成,其作用机制与低分子肝素相类似。

Abstract:Objective : To observe the effect of Xiaoshuan Decoction ( XSD ) on hemorheology of rabbits model of traumatic deep vein thrombosis. Methods : 30 New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups : model control group, XSD group and low molecular weight heparin ( LMWH ) group. After establishing rabbits model of traumatic deep vein thrombosis in lower extremity, each group received continuous administration for one week. And the changes of hemorheology in each group were tested at different time points. Results : Through self-matching test before and after modeling, the hemorheology and fibrinogen of each group were increased significantly ( P〈0.05 ). Compared with model control group, the hemorheology and coagulation function of XSD and LMWH groups were obviously improved at different time points, and there was statistical significance (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ); and compared with LMWH group, the hemorheology and coagulation function of XSD group showed no significant differences ( P〉0.05 ). Conclusion : XSD has good anticoagulant effect on white rabbits DVT model, and it can effectively prevent the formation of lower extremity DVT. Its action mechanism is similar to LMWH.
