| 摘 要： | 中医界视西医之＂糖尿病＂为古之＂消渴症＂,在论述消渴病发病机理时多以阴虚内热立论,但阳虚症状在消渴病人的病程中亦屡见不鲜。文章从消渴病的理论源流、病因病机及古今治疗等方面阐述了温阳法在临床中的实用价值。

| Abstract: | Traditional Chinese medicine regards the diabetes of western medicine as the ancient Xiaoke disease, and the mechanism of diabetes is thought to be the deficiency of yin and body fluid due to heat and dryness, but the clinical symptoms of yang deficiency in diabetic patients are not unusual. This article elaborates the pragmatic value of yang-warming therapy clinically on theoretical origins, pathogeny and mechanism, ancient and modern treatments of diabetes mellitus. |
