电针治疗粘连性肠梗阻临床观察

目的：观察电针对粘连性肠梗阻的临床疗效。方法：将93例患者随机分为常规治疗组和针药组。常规治疗组46例,采用禁食水、持续胃肠减压、肠外营养支持等综合治疗;针药组47例,在常规治疗组基础上加用电针治疗。共治疗1周。采用临床有效率和胃肠功能恢复情况为观察指标,并对其结果进行统计分析。结果：针药组的总有效率达91.5%,并且针药组在肛门排气排便、解除禁食的时间上优于常规治疗组（均P〈0.01）。结论：电针能缩短病程,并能快速地改善粘连性肠梗阻的临床症状。

Clinical Observation of Electro-acupuncture in Treating Adhesive Intestinal Obstruction

Objective： Observation of clinical curative effect of electro-acupuncture on adhesive intestinal obstruction was carried on. Methods ： 93 patients were randomly assigned to conventional treatment and acupuncture groups. Regular therapy group of 46 cases adopted water fasting, continuous comprehensive treatment of gastrointestinal decompression and parenteral nutrition support. The group of 47 cases of acupuncture and medication added electric acupuncture on the conventional therapy basis. Treatment was 1 week. Observations of the clinical efficiency and gastrointestinal function recovery, and statistical analysis of its results were made. Results ： The effective rate of acupuncture group was 91.5%, and the time on the anal exhaustion and defecation and released fasting was superior to that of the conventional treatment group （ P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion ： Electro-acupuncture can shorten the course and can quickly improve the clinical symptoms in adhesive intestinal obstruction.
