肛周脓肿中医辨证分型与超声的相关性研究

目的：研究肛周脓肿中医不同辨证分型的肛管腔内超声特点,评价肛管腔内超声在肛周脓肿研究中的价值。方法：收集经手术证实的90例肛周脓肿病例,回顾性对照分析超声介入前后中医辨证分型的准确率,总结不同分型的超声诊断特点。结果：试验组（超声组）中医辨证分型的准确率为91.1%,对照组为75.6%,P〈0.01。两组比较有显著性差异。结论：超声与肛周脓肿中医辨证分型有内在的联系。利用超声可以使中医辨证分型更加准确。

Correlative Study on Ultrasonography and TCM Patterns of Perianal Abscesses

Objective ： To investigate the correlation of the TCM pattern and ultrasound character of perianal abscess and evaluate the value of ultrasound in diagnosis of perianal abscess. Methods ： Ninty cases of perianal abscess were selected to retrospectively study the rate of accuracy of syndrome differentiation after using ultrasound so as to summarize the diagnosis feature of ultrasound. Results ： The the rate of accuracy of syndrome differentiation in test group was 91.1% and in control group was 75.6%, with significant difference（P〈0.01）. Conclusion ： There is a close correlation between the TCM patterns and ultrasound of perianal abscess. It could enhance the accuracy of TCM syndrome differentiation.
