高血压与舒张功能障碍相关性探讨

目的：探讨高血压（hypertention）与舒张功能障碍（diastolic dysfunction,DD）之间的相关性。方法：对我院心内科2012年5月—2012年10月住院的129名高血压患者在入院48 h以内行超声心动图检查,根据结果将舒张功能分为正常、舒张早期功能不全、假性正常化、限制性充盈4个等级。结果：129例患者中舒张功能正常43例（34%）,舒张早期功能不全65例（50%）,假性正常化17例（13%）,限制性充盈4例（3%）。结论：高血压与舒张功能障碍的发生密切相关,尤其在血压水平较高患者中,更易合并舒张功能异常。

Discussion of Correlation between Hypertention and Diastolic Dysfunction

Objective ： To investigate the correlation between hypertention and diastolic dysfunction. Method： We chose 129 inpatients in hypertention from 2012.5 to 2012.10, all of the patients had been exminated by UCG in 48 hours, acoording to the results, the patients were divided into 4 groups： normal filling pattern, impaired relaxation, pseudonormal pattern, restrictive filling. Results ： There are 43 （ 34% ） patients with normal diastolic dysfunction, 65 （ 50% ）patients with impaired relaxation, 17 patients （ 13% ） in pseudonormalized pattern,4 （ 3% ）with restrictive filling pattern. Conclusion： Hypertention is closely related with diastolic dysfunction, the severe hypertention patients are especially like to have diastolic dysfunction.
