颈椎病辨证施护

目的：探讨辨证施护在颈椎病患者中的作用,加速患者康复进程。方法：对100例颈椎病患者按照辨证分型共同从病房环境、心理护理、病因护理、功能锻炼指导,并重点根据不同分型分别对其进行辨证施护。结果：患者对不同类型颈椎病有了进一步的了解和认识,消除了紧张、焦虑、急躁的情绪,增强了治疗的信心,掌握了在生活、工作和学习中的正确姿势,知道如何采取预防措施,且经过辨证施护均提高康复进程,效果满意。

Nursing Based on Syndrome Differentiation of Cervical Spondylosis

Objective ： To discuss the effect of differentiation and nursing for cervical spondylosis patients. Method： 100 cervical spondylosis patients were given nursing care with the ward environment, psychological care, cause of nursing, functional exercise in according with the syndrome differentiation types, focusing on the nursing based on syndrome differentiation. Result： The patients knew more about the types of cervical spondylosis. Their stress was reduced and their confidence was increased. The patients learned how to keep right posture and how to take protective measures in life, work and study. As a result, the nursing based on syndrome differentiation can shorten the process to improve curative effect.
