老年性聋患者焦虑及抑郁量表的评估

目的：评估老年性聋患者焦虑及抑郁状态,探讨言语识别率对老年性聋患者焦虑及抑郁的影响。方法：选择80例老年性聋患者进行焦虑自评量表（SAS）及抑郁自评量表（SDS）评估,同时与80例听力正常志愿者进行评估作为对照。并且对80例老年性聋患者进行言语识别率检查,将言语识别率≤80%分为一组,〉80%分为一组,两组间对焦虑自评量表（SAS）及抑郁自评量表（SDS）进行比较。结果：老年性聋患者焦虑及抑郁自评量表阳性率显著高于同龄听力正常人群,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。言语识别率≤80%的老年性聋患者焦虑及抑郁自评量表阳性率显著高于言语识别率〉80%的老年性聋患者。结论：焦虑及抑郁情绪在老年性聋患者中发病率高,言语识别率与老年性聋患者焦虑及抑郁情绪相关,耐心交流并配合心理干预治疗。

Assessment of Patients with Presbycusis Anxiety and Depression Scale

Objective ： To assess anxiety and depression status of patients with presbycusis and explore the preshyeusis patients with anxiety and depression. Methods ： 80 cases of age-related hearing loss in patients with anxiety and depression were selected for self-assessment scale （ SAS ） assessment of the self-assessment scale （ SDS ）, at the same time 80 cases of normal hearing volunteers served as controls. Speech recognition rate of 80 cases of patients with presbycusis was checked. The speech recognition rate ≤ 80% was a group, 〉 80% was another group, SAS, SDS between the two groups were compared. Results ： Preshycusis patients with anxiety and depression self-rating scale positive rate was significantly higher than those of hearing the normal population, with a statistically significant difference （ P〈0.01 ）. For the speech recognition rate ≤ 80% of patients with presbyeusis, SAS and SDS positive rate was significantly higher than the speech recognition rate which was〉 80% of patients with presbycusis. Conclusion ： The high incidence of anxiety and depression in patients with presbycusis, the speech recognition with presbycusis in patients with anxiety and depression related to emotion should he geared to the psychological intervention.
