| 摘 要： | 类风湿关节炎是一种以周围关节骨质损害为特征的全身性自身免疫性疾病,其发病率和致残率高,目前依然是威胁人类健康和生活的重大疾病之一。早期诊断、早期治疗一直是类风湿关节炎预后的主要决定因素。近十年来类风湿的诊断、治疗,都有不同程度的发展,通过对类风湿性关节炎的研究进展进行综述,以利于更好地掌握类风湿性关节炎的诊疗。

| Abstract: | Rheumatoid arthritis （ RA ） is a chronic systemic autoimmune disease. The incidence and disability rate are high. At present, it is one of the threats of human health and life. Early diagnosis and treatment are the main factors which influence the prognosis. In recent ten years, the diagnosis and treatment have made progress in varying degrees. By reviewing the research progress, it is benefit for diagnosing and treating RA. |
