一清胶囊联合埃索美拉唑治疗反流性食管炎临床观察

目的：观察一清胶囊联合埃索美拉唑肠溶片治疗湿热中阻型反流性食管炎（RE）的临床疗效。方法：将102例湿热中阻型RE患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各51例。对照组给予埃索美拉唑肠溶片、枸橼酸莫沙必利片口服治疗。治疗组给予一清胶囊联合埃索美拉唑肠溶片口服,4周为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后比较两组临床疗效;并随访3个月观察复发情况。结果：治疗组临床症状疗效和内镜疗效总有效率为94.12%和94.12%,分别高于对照组的80.39%和82.35%,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。且随访3个月后治疗组复发率为9.80%,低于对照组的25.49%,复发率比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：一清胶囊联合埃索美拉唑肠溶片治疗湿热中阻型RE疗效显著,使用方便,剂型稳定,不良反应轻微,复发率低,值得推广应用。

Clinical Observation on Yiqing Capsule Combined with Esomeprazole in Treatment of Reflux Esophagitis

Objective ： To observe effect of ~iqing capsule combined with esomeprazole enteric-coated tablets for treating damp-heat type reflux esophagitis （ RE ）. Methods ： 102 cases of damp-heat type RE patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 51 cases in each. The control group was given esomeprazole enteric-coated tablets, mosapride citrate for oral treatment. The treatment group were treated with Yiqing capsule combined with esomeprazole enteric-coated tablets for oral administration, 4 weeks for a course of treatment, after 2 courses of treatment the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups ; and followed up for 3 months to observe the recurrence. Results ： In the treatment group, clinical symptoms and efficacy of endoscopic treatment were 94.12% and 94.12%, respectively, which were higher than that of the control group （ 80.39% and 82.35% ）, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ）. And after followed up for 3 months the recurrence rate was 9.80% in treatment group, which was lower than that of control group （ 25.49% ）, with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ： Yiqing capsule combined with esomeprazole enteric-coated tablets for treating damp-heat type RE has obvious curative effect, convenient use, dosage form stability, mild adverse reactions, and the recurrence rate is low. It is worthy of popularization and application.
