中西医结合治疗母婴血型不合30例疗效观察

目的：观察中西医结合治疗母婴ABO血型不合的临床疗效。方法：将60例患者随机分为2组。对照组30例以维生素C、维生素E治疗;治疗组30例在对照组治疗基础上配合中药煎剂治疗。结果：治疗组治愈22例,好转7例,无效1例,新生儿黄疸未发生,治愈率73.33%,总有效率96.67%。对照组治愈7例,好转13例,无效10例,新生儿黄疸发生4例,治愈率23.33%,总有效率66.67%。治疗组治愈率、总有效率明显高于对照组。结论：治疗组IgG抗A（抗B）抗体效价比值均明显下降,与对照组比较,差异均有显著性意义（P〈0.01）。中西医结合治疗母婴血型不合效果明显,能有效降低新生儿ABO血型不合引起的黄疸发病率。

Observation on Effect of Combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of 30 Cases of Blood Group Incompatibility

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the maternal-fetal ABO blood group incompatibility. Methods ： 60 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. A control group of 30 cases was treated with vitamin C, vitamin E treatment; 30 cases in the treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction treatment. Results ： In the treatment group, 22 cases were cured, 7 cases was treated improved, 1 cases ineffective, neonatal jaundice did not occur, the cure rate was 73.33%, the total efficiency was 96.67%. In the control group, 7 cases were cured, 13 cases improved, 10 cases ineffective,4 cases of neonatal jaundice, the cure rate was 23.33%, the total efficiency was 66.67%. The cure rate and total effective rate were significantly higher than those in the control group. Conclusion ： Treatment group IgG A （ anti B ）antibody titer was decreased significantly, compared with the control group, the differences were significant （P〈0.01）. Treatment of blood group incompatibility effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine can effectively reduce the incidence of ABO blood group incompatibility with neonatal jaundice due to rate.
