参附注射液治疗急性胰腺炎临床疗效观察

目的：探讨参附注射液治疗急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法：将2008年1月—2012年1月收入我院的43例重症急性胰腺炎患者,采用随机数字表法随机分为对照组及治疗组,其中对照组22例,采用西医常规综合治疗,治疗组21例,在对照组的基础上加用参附注射液100 mL静脉滴注,疗程7 d;比较两组症状、体征、血淀粉酶、尿淀粉酶、胃肠功能恢复情况及住院时间。结果：治疗组各项观察指标明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：参附注射液可以明显改善急性胰腺炎患者的症状、体征及理化指标,缩短住院时间,提高临床疗效。

Clinical Efficacy of Shenfu Injection in Treating Acute Pancreatitis

Objective ： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Shenfu Injection in treatment of acute pancreatitis. Method： Using a random number table,43 cases ot severe acute pancreatltm patients In January 2008 to January 2012 in our hospital were randomly devided into a control group of 22 cases given Western conventional treatment and a treatment group of 21 patients adding Sherrtru Injection 100 mL by intravenous treatment for 7 d on the basis of the control group. The symptoms, signs, serum amylase, urine amylase, gastrointestinal function recovery and hospitalization time in two groups were compared. Results ： The treatment group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ：Shenfu Injection can significantly improve symptoms, signs and physical and chemical indicators of patients with acute pancreatitis, shorten hospital stays, and improve the clinical efficacy.
