| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中医综合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床疗效。方法：对212例膝关节骨性关节炎患者采用中药内服、熏洗、手法、功能训练等传统中医方法综合治疗。结果：全部病例至少随访6个月,其中痊愈53例,显效94例,好转51例,无效14例,总有效率93.4%。结论：运用中医综合方法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎,痛苦少,费用低,方法简单,效果满意。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods： 212 cases of knee osteoarthritis patients used a comprehensive treatment of Chinese herbs, fumigation, practices, and functional training. Results ： All cases were followed up for 6 months at least, of which 53 cases were cured,94 cases were markedly effective,51 cases were improved, 14 cases were invalid. The total efficiency was 93.4%. Conclusion ： The method of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive treatment of knee osteoarthritis has less pain and low cost, and it is simple with satisfactory result. |
