摘    要:目的:建立鸦胆子油乳注射剂中重金属及有害元素(铅、镉、铜、砷、汞)的分析检测方法。方法:采用石墨炉原子吸收法测定铅、镉元素;火焰原子吸收法测定铜元素;采用原子荧光法测定砷、汞元素;利用标准曲线法测定样品中重金属元素含量。结果:重金属元素检测分析方法考察结果5种重金属元素相关系数为0.9978~0.9998,回收率为94.8%~103.4%。结论:该方法简便、准确,可较好的用于鸦胆子油乳注射剂中重金属及有害元素的测定。

Abstract:Objective: To establish the determination methods of five kinds of heavy metals and harmful elements ( lead, cadmium, copper, arsenic and mercury ) in Brucea Javanica Oil Injection. Methods : The graphite furnace atomic absorption was used for determinations of lead and cadmium, flame atomic absorption method for determining copper, atomic fluorescence spectrometry for determining arsenic and mercury. Results : The coefficient correlation was 0.9978-0.9998 and the recovery rate was 94,8% to 103.4%. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate and can be better used to determine heavy metals and harmful elements in Brucea Javanica Oil Injection.
