超声检查指导药物流产中成药辅助治疗研究

目的：探讨超声检查指导药物流产中成药辅助治疗的临床意义。方法：900例自愿要求药物流产者,随机分成3组,每组300例,药流药物均使用米非司酮及米索前列醇。第1组根据超声检查结果分型应用中成药辅助治疗,第2组服用新生化颗粒,第3组不应用任何中成药。结果：第1组及第2组,与不服用中成药组比较,出血量少、出血时间短、清宫率低,且差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05;第1组与第2组相比,出血量少、出血时间短、完全流产率高、清宫率低,差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论：在药物流产中,利用超声检查指导中成药应用,可提高流产成功率及症状改善率,具有临床价值。

Study on Use of Chinese Patent Drug by Ultrasound Guidance in Drug Abortion

Objective ： To explore the clinical significance of ultrasonography guiding Chinese medicine auxiliary treatment in drug abortion. Methods ： 900 cases of voluntary drug abortion were randomly divided into three groups, each group with 300 cases. All cases took the mifepristone and the misoprostol. In the first group, traditional Chinese medicine was used according to the results of ultrasonography. The second group took Xinshenghua granule. The third group did not apply any medicine. Results ： Compared with unexposed group, the first and second groups can effectively reduce the bleeding volume, shorten the bleeding time, reduce the number of needed curettage after medicine flows. Compared with the second group, the first group can effectively reduce the bleeding volume, shorten the bleeding time, reduce the number of needed curettage after medicine flows. Conclusions ： In the process of drug abortion, the use of Chinese patent drugs by ultrasound guidance can improve the success rate of miscarriage and symptom improvement rate.
