| Abstract: | Professor GUO Enmian considers that chronic glomerulonephritis is caused by deficiency of kidney collateral, accumulated of dampness-heat and obstruction of collaterals by blood stasis. According to the pathogenesis of chronic glomerulonephritis, he creates a formula to treat the disease and names it Yushenlu. The functions of the formula are to tonify qi and benefite kidney, activate blood and promote diuresis, treat both principal and secondary aspects of the disease. The formula has obtained good effect in clinic. |
