半夏泻心汤加味治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫临床观察

目的：观察半夏泻心汤加味治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫的疗效。方法：42例糖尿病性胃轻瘫患者随机分为2组,治疗组22例,对照组20例。治疗组用半夏泻心汤加味治疗,对照组用西药西沙必利片治疗。结果：治疗组总有效率为86.36%,对照组为66.67%,2组差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论：半夏泻心汤加味能改善糖尿病性胃轻瘫患者的消化不良症状,且疗效优于西药组,值得临床应用。

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Diabetic Gastroparesis with Banxiaxiexin Decoction

Objective ： To observe the efficacy of Banxiaxiexin Decoction on treating gastroparesis. Methods：42 patients with diabetic gastroparesis were randomly divided into 2 groups, the treatment group （ 22 cases ）,20 cases of the control group. The treatment group used Banxiaxiexin Decoction treatment and control group with western medicine Xisha cisapride tablets in the treatment. Results：The total effective rate was 86.36% in treatment group and 66.67% in the control group, the difference between the two groups was significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Banxiaxiexin Decoction can improve diabetic gastroparesis patients with dyspeptic symptoms, and is more effective than Western medicine i and it is worthy of clinical application.
