刮痧法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效观察

目的：观察刮痧法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法：治疗组采用刮痧治疗,对照组采用常规推拿治疗。治疗组28例,对照组29例纳入研究。根据比较两组患者治疗前后JOA评分改善率和VAS评分,评价两组患者的治疗效果。结果：两组JOA评分改善率P〉0.05,差异无统计学意义。而治疗当天腰腿痛视觉模拟评分比较P〈0.05,差异有统计学意义,刮痧即时止痛效果优于推拿。结论：刮痧法和推拿法对于腰椎间盘突出症同样具有良好的治疗效果,刮痧即时镇痛效果优于常规推拿。刮痧治疗简、便、易、廉、治疗频率低、治疗效果明显,值得临床推广。

Observation of Clinical Effects of Scraping Therapy for Treating Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

Objective：To observe the clinical effects of scraping therapy for treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation （ LIDH ）. Methods ： The treatment group （ 28 cases ） were given scraping therapy while the control group （ 29 cases ） were given regular Tuina manipulation. The therapeutic effects of two groups were evaluated by comparing the improvement of JOA score and VAS score of both groups before and after the treatment respectively. Results ： The difference of improvement of JOA score between two groups had no statistical significance （ P〉0.05 ） .While the VAS score for the treatment of LIDH on that every day had statistical difference （ P〈0.05 ）. Scraping therapy did better than Tuina manipulation in timely pain-killing. Conclosion ： Both scraping therapy and Tuina manipulation have good therapeutic effects on LIDH. The timely pain-killing effects of scraping is better than that of regular Tuina. As it is simple, convenient, easy, cheap and with obvious therapeutic effects and low treatment frequency, scraping therapy is worthwhile to be widely applied in clinic.
