不同针刺法配合高压氧治疗中风软瘫期肢体功能障碍疗效比较

目的：观察不同针刺法配合高压氧治疗中风软瘫期运动功能障碍的临床疗效。方法：将60例中风软瘫期以运动功能障碍为主的患者分为治疗组（分期针刺之软瘫期刺法＋高压氧）和对照组（传统针刺＋高压氧）,每组30例。治疗前、后均采用运动功能评定量表（FMA）、功能独立性评定量表（FIM）进行评价。结果：两组对中风后软瘫期肢体功能障碍均有改善,两组治疗后FMA、FIM量表评分比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：在治疗中风软瘫期肢体功能障碍方面,分期针刺之软瘫期刺法配合高压氧治疗优于传统针刺配合高压氧治疗。

Effect Comparison on Stroke in Flaccid Paralysis Period with Two Different Methods of Acupuncture Combined with Hyperbaric Oxygen

Objective ： To investigate the clinical effects of two different methods of acupuncture in combination with hyperbaric oxygen in treating limb dysfunction for flaccid paralysis period after stroke. Methods ： 60 patients of limb dysfunction for flaccid paralysis period after stroke were randomly divided into two groups ： treated group for staging acupuncture with hyperbaric oxygen, control group for traditional acupuncture with hyperbaric oxygen, both for 30 cases. Fugle-Meyer Assessment （ FMA ） and Functional Independence Measure （ FIM ） were used to compare the subjects before and after treatment. Results ： The limb function of both groups was better than that before treatment. There were significant differences on the FMA and FIM in the treated group after the study （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The method of staging acupuncture in combination with hyperbaric oxygen was effective in treating limb dysfunction for flaccid paralysis period after stroke compared with traditional acupuncture.
