继发性肾脏非霍奇金淋巴瘤CT诊断(附7例报告)

目的探讨继发性肾脏非霍奇金淋巴瘤的CT特征。方法回顾分析7例经病理证实继发性肾脏非霍奇金淋巴瘤的CT表现。结果继发性肾脏非霍奇金淋巴瘤分为3型:多发节型,主要表现为多个低密度灶,轻度强化,密度均匀;单发肿块型,主要表现为肾内均匀软组织密度肿块,累及肾周伴软组织肿块形成;邻近淋巴瘤侵犯肾脏型,主要表现为肾周脂肪囊内软组织肿块,包绕肾脏及肾门血管、输尿管,与后腹膜或肾门肿大淋巴结相连。结论继发性肾非霍奇金淋巴瘤通常是全身性淋巴瘤的一部分,病灶密度均匀,轻度强化是继发性肾非霍奇金淋巴瘤普遍特点,肾周肿块伴肾脏功能减低,而肾脏形态无明显改变是继发性肾脏非霍奇金淋巴瘤的特征性表现。

CT diagnosis of secondary renal non - Hodgkin's lymphoma

Objective To explore the CT character of secondary renal non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.Methods CT manifestations of 7 cases of pathologically-proved renal NHL were retrospectively analyzed.Results secondary Renal NHL could be divided into three categories according to the CT manifestations.Ⅰ. Multiple Nodules:Manifested as multiple nodules with homogenous,hypo-attenuation,and slight enhancement on CT images.Ⅱ.Solitary Mass:Solitary mass in the kidney with homogenous density and slightly enhanced after contrast medium injection and with soft mass around the kidney at the same time.Ⅲ.Invasion of the kidney from adjacent lymphoma:Diffused soft masses in the adipose capsule with homogenous density and slight enhancement,which encapsulate the kkidney,renal vascular,ureter.and adhere to swelling lymph node of retroperitoneal or renal hilum.Conclusion secondary renal non-Hodgkin's lymphoma is a part of lymphoma in the body usually,the homogenoue densty and slightly enhanced is general character of secondary renal non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.with soft mass around and reduced function of renal at the same time,but the renal's shape no obviousely variation is the characteristic manifestation.
