| 摘 要： | 慢性心力衰竭是具有较高住院率和病死率的一种严重的心血管疾病,其治疗方法近年来发展较为迅速,出现了心脏起搏器治疗等新的治疗方法和技术。心力衰竭患者伴有心脏电传导异常,导致心室收缩不同步;这种非同步收缩会导致心脏病理生理学改变,加重心力衰竭。心脏再同步化治疗(CRT)是一项非同步收缩心力衰竭患者新的非药物治疗手段。临床研究表明,心脏再同步治疗可以改善患者心功能,生活质量及降低病死率。最新指南将心力衰竭合并失同步患者作为CRTⅠ类适应证。现综述分析CRT方法的作用机制、疗效等,并对今后发展方向作出展望。
