浅析基层医院药房管理存在的问题及对策

目的：通过探讨基层医院药房管理存在的问题，提出合适的对策来确保基层医院药房管理的质量。方法：采用实地考察．问卷调查的方法，探寻基层医院药房管理存在的问题。结果与结论：基层医院在药品的验收、保存，以及药学工作者的素质等方面还存在问题。加强岗位培训，提高医院药学服务意识，建立并完善规范化管理体系，保证药学服务工作质量。

An Elementary Analysis on the Problems and the Countermeasures in Management of the Primary Hospital Pharmacy
