准分子激光治疗浅层角膜变性

目的 探讨准分子激光ＰＴＫ治疗多种浅层角膜变性（ＳＣＤ）的效果。方法 用ＭＥＬ－６０准分子激光机对２６只ＳＣＤ眼行ＰＴＫ治疗，随访６～１８个月。结果 术后４～１５天角膜上皮完全愈合。２４眼（９２％）的最佳矫正视力提高。其中３眼（１２％）提高８行、６眼（２３％）提高５行、７眼（２７％）提高４行、６眼（２３％）提高３行、２眼（８％）提高２行、２眼无变化。２０眼术后有远视改变。结论 ＰＴＫ治疗ＳＣＤ安全有效，近期成功率高、并发症少，远期效果需进一步观察。

Excimer laser phototherapeutic keratectomy for superficial corneal dystrophy

ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of excimer laser phototherapeutic keratectomy (PTK) for superficial corneal dystrophy (SCD).MethodsTwenty six eyes with SCD were treated using an excimer laser (MEL 60).Follow up ranged from 6 to 18 months.ResultsCorneal reepithelialization was complete within 4~15 days(mean 7 2 days).Best correct visual acuity(BCVA) improved in 24 eyes(92%) after PTK,of which 3 eyes(12%) gained 8 lines of BCVA,6 eyes(23%)5 lines,7 eyes(27%)4 lines,6 eyes(23%)3 lines,and 2 eyes(8%)2 lines during the follow up period.BCVA remained unchanged in 2 eyes.Among these cases,granular dystrophy,and lattice dystrophy had obvious visual improvement,but Salzmann degeneration and band shaped keratopathy had relatively poor visual improvement.The refraction of 20 eyes had hyperopia shift after the surgery,The mean pre and postoperative central corneal thickness,endothelial density were no significant difference ( P >0 05).ConclusionPTK appears to be safe and benificial in the treatment of SCD.The success rate is very high and complications are rare.
