| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨脾脏囊肿CT诊断及其鉴别诊断.方法 回顾性分析经临床和病理资料证实9例脾脏囊肿CT表现.结果 脾脏囊肿9例中,脾包虫囊肿6例,假性囊肿2例,真性囊肿1例.CT对脾脏囊肿的检出率极高,能明确囊肿的部位、形态、大小及其与周围组织的关系.结论 CT检查对脾脏囊肿有较高的定位、定性诊断价值.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore CT diagnosis and its differentiation of splenic cyst.Methods Data from CT findings in 9 splenic cyst patients which were proven by clinical andpathologicalresults were retrospectively analysed. Results In 9 case of splenic cyst, spleniccyst echinococcosis was found in 6 cases, Pseudo cyst was found in 2,Real cyst was found in1.CT is extremely high to splenic cyst picking out rate,can be clear about cysts spot, shape,size and its relations which organizes with periphery. Conclusion The CT inspection hasthe high localization, the qualitative diagnosis value to the spleen cyst. |
