兰大一院2003-2012年白血病住院患者流行病学分析

摘    要:目的 分析连续十年白血病住院患者的流行病学特征,为白血病防制提供科学依据.方法 收集兰州大学第一医院血液科2003-2012年期间收治的1 241例白血病患者的病案记录资料,进行统计分析.结果 白血病患者以青、中年为主,婴幼儿、儿童及老年相对较少.男性多于女性;春冬两季的发病人数略高于夏秋两季;儿童白血病以急性淋巴细胞白血病(acute lymphoblastic leukemia,ALL)为主,占53.85% (140/260);成人白血病分型以急性髓细胞白血病(acute myeloid leukemia,AML)最高,占50.25%(493/981).白血病的形态学分类以AML为主,占47.70%(592/1 241),其次依次为ALL、慢性髓细胞白血病(chronic myeloid leukemia,CML)、慢性淋巴细胞白血病(chronic lymphoblastic leukemia,CLL)及混合白血病;急、慢性白血病之比为3.18:1.2003-2012年兰大一院收治的白血病初发病例年平均增长速度为8.08%.结论 2003-2012年十年间甘肃省白血病发病有增加的趋势,应采取综合措施来预防和控制白血病的发生.

Epidemiological analysis of hospitalized leukemia patients in the First Hospital of Lanzhou University from 2003 to 2012

Abstract:Objective To provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of leukemia by investigating the epidemiological characteristics of hospitalized leukemia patients from 2003 to 2012 in the First Hospital of Lanzhou University. Methods 1 241 hospitalized records of leukemia was collected from 2003 to 2012 in the hospital. Results Young and middle-aged patients were susceptible to leukemia, while infants, kids and the aged were relatively less. Males were move than females. The number of records in spring and winter was little higher than that in summer and autumn. In children were more with leukemia, the acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL) was the most which accounted for 53.85% (140/ 260). However, in adults, the acute myelocytic leukemia (AML) was the most, which accounted for 50. 25% (493/ 981 ). The leukemia could be sorted by morphology, and AML accounted for the highest proportion (47. 70% ) , which was larger than ALL, chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) and chronic lymphoblastic leukemia(CLL). The ratio between acute and chronic leukemia was 3.18 : 1. The average annual growth of newly diagnosed cases of leukemia was 8.08% in the First Hospital of Lanzhou University from 2003 to 2012. Conclusions There was a trend of increase of leukemia in Gansu province during the ten years (2003 -2012 ) , therefore, comprehensive measures should be taken for the prevention and control of leukemia.
