某高职院校护理专业学生抑郁焦虑的现状及影响因素分析

摘    要:目的 了解某高职院校护理专业学生在校期间抑郁、焦虑的现状及相关因素,探讨有效的干预措施.方法 采用分层整群抽样方法,对某高职院校2011级、2012级护理专业在校学生,按照不同学制和年级进行分层,采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、青少年生活事件量表进行抑郁、焦虑等情况筛查,并对相关影响因素采用Logistic回归方法进行分析.结果 单因素和二分类Logistic回归分析发现:学习压力因子、实习态度与抑郁相关,父亲学历与焦虑相关(均有P<0.05);高职护生突发性生活事件与抑郁、焦虑之间呈正相关(均有P<0.001);抑郁和焦虑之间存在有共同的成份,在同一个体身上两者往往相互伴随发生(P <0.001).结论 高职护理专业学生在校期间抑郁、焦虑等心理问题检出率较高;高职院校应根据相关因素及时采取干预措施,改善高职护理专业学生的心理健康状况是当务之急.

Abstract:Objective To understand the levels of depression and anxiety, and their related factors from nursing students in a high vocational college, and explore effective interventions measures. Methods Nursing students who were enrolled in grade 2011 and 2012 were selected by the stratified cluster sampling method according to different educational system and grades. Depression self-rating scale (SDS), anxiety rating scale (SAS) and Adolescent Self-Rating Life Events Check List (ASLEC) were used to screen the depression and anxiety, respectively. In addition, the Logistic regression analysis was used to evaluate their related factors. Results Univariable and binary Logistic regression analysis results showed that learning pressure and practice attitude were associated with the occurrence of depression; occupation of father was related to the occurrence of anxiety ( all P 〈 0.05 ) ; unexpected life events of nursing students had significant positive correlation with depression and anxiety frequently oeeured in one subject ( all P 〈 0. 001 ). Depression and anxiety frequently oecured in one subject ( P 〈 0. 001 ). Conclusions Nursing students in higher vocational college during the period of school have high rate of depression and anxiety. Timely intervention measures should be taken to improve high vocational nursing students' mental health is a priority.
