缩合葡萄糖氯化钠注射液用于抢救失血性休克临床观察

目的：观察缩合葡萄糖氯化钠注射液对中重度失血性休克的血压和微循环影响。方法：选择中重度失血性休克病人80例，随机分为缩合葡萄糖氯化钠注射液组和4％琥珀酰明胶组，每组40例。抢救时除采用止血、扩充血容量、纠正酸碱平衡紊乱等综合措施外，分别输入缩合葡萄糖氯化钠注射液、4％琥珀酰明胶15ml／kg。两组均监测血压、尿量、血气分析，比较两组病人指标恢复正常及末梢循环改善所需的时间。结果：两组病人上述指标恢复正常及末梢循环改善所需的时间差异无显著性。结论：缩合葡萄糖氯化钠注射液用于中重度失血性休克对稳定血压和改善微循环与4％琥珀酰明胶的作用相似。

Clinical observation of polyglucose and sodium chloride injection for emergency treatment of hemorrhagic shock

Objective:To observe the influence of polyglucose and sodium chloride injection on the blood pressure(BP)and microcirculation of moderate and advanced hemorrhagic shock.Methods:80patients with hemorrhagic shock were randomly divided into treatment group(polyglucose and sodium chloride injection group)and control group(gelofusine group),with40cases in each group.The same measures such as hemostasis,expanding blood volume,correction acidbase disturbance and so on were adopted in both groups,besides those,the patients in the treatment group and control group were respectively treated with polyglucose and sodium chloride injection and gelofusine in a dose of15ml/kg by intravenous drip.The time frominjection to that BP,urinary output,blood gas and distal circulation recovered to normal was recorded.Results:BP,urinary output,blood gas and distal circulation were improved significantly,there was no significant difference between two group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of polyglucose and sodium chloride injection on stabilizing BP and improving microcirculation appears comparable to that of gelofusine.
