摘    要:目的:研究唾液腺提取物(SGE)的抗衰老作用。方法:以400mg/kg和1500mg/kg剂量的SGE分别饲喂SD大鼠75d,以400mg/kg剂量的SGE饲喂HIN小鼠45d,采用NBT光化还原法和TBA荧光法分别测定其红细胞SOD活性及血清LPO含量,同时测定胸腺和脾指数。结果:SGE均能显著提高大、小鼠血细胞SOD活性和大鼠SOD比活性,显著降低大、小鼠血清LPO含量,提高大鼠胸腺指数,结论:SGE能显著提高动物红细胞SOD活性,降低血清LPO含量,提高胸腺指数,具有明显的抗衰老作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of SGE on antiaging actions. Methods 400 and 1500 mg/kg of SGE were given to SD rats everyday for 75 days, respectively, and 400 mg/kg of SGE was given to NIH mice everyday for 45 days, the SOD activity in red cell and the LPO content in serum were determined by NBT, TBA test methods, and the thymus and spleen index were also examined.Results Compare with the control group, SGE could increase significantly the SOD activity in red cell and could decrease significantly the content of LPO in serum, it also could raise the thymus index of SD rats.Conclusions SGE can increase the SOD activity and thymus index , and decrease the LPO content in animals, it has the antiaging actions.
