三维疝装置经股路修补股疝对股静脉的影响

目的 探讨三维疝装置经股路修补股疝对股静脉的影响.方法 回顾性分析2003年9月至2008年12月湖北医药学院附属人民医院收治的股疝患者56例,在局部麻醉下行无张力疝修补术,随访1～5年,分别于术后3个月,1、3、5年行双下肢彩色超声,了解双下肢静脉有无血栓,比较双侧股静脉管径、流速有无差异.结果所有随访患者术后均未出现股静脉破裂,下肢肿胀、疼痛,双下肢彩色超声未见静脉血栓,双侧股静脉管径、流速差异均无统计学意义（t=1.256、-0.562,P=0.193、0.604）.结论 三维疝装置经股路修补股疝不会对股静脉造成侵蚀、压迫,不增加下肢静脉血栓形成的风险.

Influence of 3D patch on the femoral vein in tension-free hernioplasty for femoral hernia

Objective To explore the influence of 3DP on the femoral vein in tension-free hernioplasty for the patients with femoral hernia. Methods From September 2003 to December 2008, A total of 56 cases with femoral hernia were applied with hernioplasty with 3DP in People＇s Hospital Affiliated to Hubei University of Medicine. All cases were followed up for 1 to 5 years. In the follow-up, all the patients were applied with doppler ultrasound at the 3 months, 1 year,3 years and 5 years after operation, The vein thrombus, the diameter and the flow rate of femoral vein were observed to compare with the other legs to learn the difference. Results All cases were followed and no swelling,pain,and the diameter, flow rate of the femoral vein after operation and there was no difference among the legs （ t = 1. 256, - 0. 562, P = 0. 193, 0.604）. Condusion The 3DP seems to have no influence on the femoral vein in tension-free hernioplasty for the patients with femoral hernia.
