改良手法小切口白内障手术在基层复明行动中的应用

目的 评价改良手法小切口白内障手术在基层复明行动中的疗效.方法 采用改良手法小切口在基层医院完成白内障复明手术449眼.改良技术包括：透明角膜缝线固定技术、梯形切口技术、透明角膜辅助切口技术、滑行出核技术、仿超乳劈核技术、单一水分离技术、蓝域辅助撕囊技术.对术中、术后情况进行观察.结果 术后视力均有不同程度提高,术后第1天视力﹥0.3者410 眼（91.3%）,未出现严重并发症.结论 采用改良手法小切口白内障手术在基层复明行动中,可提高手术效率,提高手术质量,且容易被基层医师学习掌握,值得推广.

Conclusion The modified manual small incision cataract operation restored light in grassroot level, can improve the operation efficiency, improve operation quality, and easy to be doctors learn, worthy of promotion.
