肺功能测定及支气管激发试验对咳嗽变异性哮喘的诊断分析及应用价值

目的探讨在诊断咳嗽变异性哮喘（coughvariantasthma，CVA）过程中支气管激发试验及肺功能测定的效果与应用价值。方法选取我院收治的120例病因不明的慢性咳嗽患者为研究对象，对其实施支气管激发试验检测，并测定呼气峰流速、第1秒用力呼气容积、第1秒用力呼气容积／用力肺活量等各项肺功能指标，对支气管激发检测表现为阳性者吸入糖皮质激素和B。受体激动剂进行治疗，观察治疗前后该组患者症状改善情况。结果本组120例患者中，对其实施支气管激发试验发现其中73例（60．8％）患者检测结果表现为阳性，经吸入糖皮质激素和8：受体激动剂后，59例患者各项肺功能指标与治疗前相比具有显著改善，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。因而确诊为CVA。结论在CVA各项诊断方法中，肺功能测定易于掌握，操作简单，检测费用相对低廉，联合支气管激发试验可有效检出cVA，值得在临床上广泛应用。

Analysis determination of pulmonary function and bronchial provocation tests for the diagnosis of variant asthma and application value

Objective To explore the effect of pulmonary function and bronchial provocation tests in the diagnosis of cough variant asthma. Methods Select 120 cases of chronic cough as the research object, with all patients had the implementation of bronchial provocation tests, including the index PEF, FEV1, FEV1/ FVC （%） of the lung function indicators, Gived the regarding treatment which bronchial excitation test was inhaled, observe the nsymptoms before and after treatment. Results 73 patients （60.8%） of the test results show the positive results, they were diagnoisied asCough variant Asthma （Cough variant Asthma, CVA）;3 cases of CVA patients＇ lung function index improved significantly compared with before there are significant differences （ P〈0.05）. Conclusions In the achievement of various diagnosis methods, lung function measurements to grasp, the operation is simple, the testing costs are relatively cheap, combined bronchial provocation tests can be detected with CVA effectively, is worth wide application in clinic.
