替吉奥、多西他赛联合奥沙利铂治疗进展期胃癌临床观察

目的：探讨替吉奥、多西他赛联合奥沙利铂治疗进展期胃癌的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析我科2008-2012年间收治的28例进展期胃癌患者的临床资料，化疗前均行胃癌根治术，术后应用替吉奥＋多西他赛＋奥沙利铂化疗，治疗2个疗程后观察疗效。结果：所有病例均获得3年随访，随访期内总缓解率为57.1%（16/28），毒副反应主要为骨髓抑制，经治疗后缓解。结论：替吉奥、多西他赛联合奥沙利铂治疗进展期胃癌疗效可靠，副作用低，是临床治疗进展期胃癌的新方法。

CLINICAL OBSERVATION FOR TREATING ADVANCED GASTRIC CARCINOMA WITH GIMERACILAND OTERACIL PORASSIUM CAPSULES,DOCETAXEL COMBINED OXALIPLATIN

Objective： To investigate the clinical effects for treating advanced gastric carcinoma with Gimeraciland Oteracil Porassium Capsules, docetaxel combined oxaliplatin.Methods： The clinical data of 28 cases advanced gastric carcinoma from 2008 to 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. All the patients were treated with radical operation for gastric carcinoma before chemotherapy, then treated with Gimeraciland Oteracil Porassium Capsules, docetaxel combined oxaliplatin. The clinical effects were recorded after 2 courses treatment.Results：All the patients were followed up for 3 years. The total remission rate was 57.1% （16/28）; the main adverse effect was myelosuppression, which alleviated after treatment. Conclusions：The effects for treating advanced gastric carcinoma with Gimeraciland Oteracil Porassium Capsules, docetaxel combined oxaliplatin is sure and the adverse effects is low. So it is a new method for treating advanced gastric carcinoma in clinic.
