摘    要:目的 优选交泰巴布剂的最优基质配方,制备性能优良的交泰巴布剂.方法 用 L18(37)正交实验法,以初黏性和剥离强度为量化指标,结合膏体的皮肤追随性,赋型性,外观性状,舒适性,反复揭帖性,膏体残留性等综合感官评分指标,优选出交泰巴布剂基质配方.结果 交泰巴布剂基质的最佳选项为 A1B1C3D1E3F2G1,即丙三醇:聚丙烯酸钠:甘羟铝:卡波姆:聚丙烯吡咯烷酮:酒石酸:水=10:1.5:0.07:0.5:1.6:0.07:20.结论 该基质具有适宜的黏附性能,无膜残留,皮肤追随性较好.

Substrate formula of Jiaotai cataplasm with orthogonal experiment

Abstract:Objective To select the optimal formula for Jiaotai cataplasm and to prepare better cataplasm. Methods L18(37)orthogonal test method is used and tacking strength, cohesive strength and appearances were used as evaluation indices, combined with the skin adhesive ability, shapability, appearance characters, comfort property and residual property of the skin to select the optimal formula for jiaotai cataplasm. Results Optimal proportion of Jiaotai cataplasm was A1B1C3D1E3F2G1, that was glycerin: sodium polyacrylate : hydroxyl aluminum-citric: Carbomer Polypropylene pyrrolidone : tartaric acid: water=-10 : 1.5 : 0.07 : 0.5 : 1.6 : 0.07 : 20. Conclusion The matrix has good adhesive property, no film residue, and better skin adhesive ability.
