苗药观音草总皂苷水提取工艺的研究

摘    要:目的:优化观音草总皂苷的水提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以总皂苷的含量为考察指标。结果:薯蓣皂苷的线性范围是4-24μg/ml,r=0.9995。各因素对总皂苷得率的影响顺序为提取次数>液料比(ml/g)>提取温度>提取时间,其中液料比和提取次数对总皂苷得率具有显著影响(P<0.05)。结论:观音草中总皂苷的最佳提取工艺为:提取温度70℃,提取时间30min,液料比12:1(ml/g),提取次数3次。

STUDY ON WATER EXTRACTION TECHNIQUE OF TOTAL SAPONINS INREINECKIA CARNEA (ANDR.) KUNTH

Abstract:Objective: To optimize the water extraction technique of total saponins inReineckia carnea (Andr.) Kunth. Methods:The orthogonal optimization experiment was used in this study with the total saponins content inReineckia carnea (Andr.) Kunth as the index.Results: The linear range of dioscin was 4-24μg/ml (r=0.9995). The sequence of every factor for rate of the total saponins inReineckia carnea (Andr.) Kunth was extraction times〉liquid-to-solid ratio (ml/g)〉extraction temperature〉extraction duration. Among them, the liquid-to-solid ratio and extraction times had significant influence on total saponins yield.Conclusions:The best extraction technique of total saponins inReineckia carnea (Andr.) Kunthis extraction temperature 70℃, extraction duration 30 minutes,liquid-to-solid ratio 12:1 (ml/g), extraction 3 times.
