经皮自体移植浓缩骨髓干细胞治疗骨不连的动物实验研究

目的对浓缩骨髓干细胞治疗骨不连的实验研究，为应用浓缩骨髓干细胞治疗骨不连提供依据。方法制作兔骨不连模型随机分为两组：A组干细胞组，B组内固定植骨术组。定期拍片测量骨折间隙宽度变化（8周、12周）、免疫组化观察。结果两组术后8周、12周x线、组织病理均形成骨性连接，新骨形成、骨改建及骨髓成熟度指标相当，且两组差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论移植自体浓缩的骨髓干细胞参与了骨不连的成骨，有利于骨折的愈合，有望成为一种较好的骨不连治疗方法。

Animal experimental study of nonunion treatment with percutaneous autogenous concentrated bone mar-row grafting

Objective To observe the nonunion treatment with percutaneous autogenous concentrated bone marrow grafting, and to provide experimental basis for repairing the bone nonunion with concentrated bone marrow in clinic. Methods The rabbits were used to make nonunion models, they were grouped randomly into two groups, group A （BMSCs group）, group B （internal fixationand grafting group）. Periodical standardized ra- diographs, histology and heal rate after 8weeks and 12weeks were performed. Results The gap changes of bone union at 8weeks and 12weeks after treatment in Group A and B, were not statically significant. Conclusion Percutaneous autogenous concentrated bone marrow can induce osteogenesis in bone nonunion, its efficacy ap- pears to be related to the concentration of bone marrow stem cells in the graft.
