| 摘 要： | 目的 观察柴胡疏肝散结合西药治疗胃脘痛的临床疗效.方法 将 78例胃脘痛患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各 39例,对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在此基础上辅以中药复方柴胡疏肝散,两组均连续用药 4周,治疗结束后评定疗效.结果 观察组临床总有效率为 92.30 %,显著优于对照组的 69.23%,两组临床疗效差异具有统计学意义 （ P〈0.05）.结论 柴胡疏肝散结合西药治疗胃脘痛的临床疗效确切.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chaihu Shugan powder combined with western medicine in the treatment of stomachache. Methods 78 patients with stomachache were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 39 cases in each group, the control group was treated with conventional western medicine treatment, the observation group supplemented traditional Chinese medicine compound Chaihu Shugan powder, two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After the treatment, the therapeutic treatment were compared. Results In the observation group, the total clinical effective rate was 92.30%, significantly better than that of the control group （69.23%）. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Chaihu Shugan powder combined with western medicine has definite therapeutic effect on stomachache |
