唑来膦酸联合美施康定治疗骨癌痛的临床观察

目的 观察唑来膦酸联合美施康定治疗骨癌痛的临床效果.方法 采取随机对照方法,96例骨癌患者随机分为3组：美施康定组（A）,唑来膦酸组（B）,唑来膦酸＋美施康定组（C）.采用疼痛程度主述分级法评估用药前后的疼痛评分,比较治疗前后的疼痛缓解程度、美施康定用量、患者生活质量.结果 C组疼痛缓解程度明显大于A、B组;与治疗前相比,C组美施康定用量比A组少（P＜0.05）;联合用药组患者的生活质量明显优于单一用药组.结论 唑来膦酸联合美施康定能减少美施康定的用量,有效控制骨癌痛,提高患者生活质量.

Clinical observation of zoiedronic acid combined MS contin against bone cancer pain

Objective To observe the therapy clinical effects of zoledronic acid combined with MS contin against bone cancer pain. Methods 96 cases of patients were randomly divided into three groups： morphine group （A）, zoledronic acid group （B）, zoledronic phosphonie acid and MS contin group （C）. The VRS was used to assess the pain scores and the pain relief before and after the treatment. We also assessed the morphine dosage and the quality of life for patients. Results The pain relief of group C asas significant greater than group A and B; compared with the treatment before, the consumption of morphine in group C was less than group B （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the quality of life for patients in group C was also better than group A and B. Conclusion Zoledronic acid combined with MS contin can effectively control the bone cancer pain, reduce the amount of morphine and its side effects. This combination can also improve the cancer patients＇ quality of life.
