肝细胞肝癌循环肿瘤细胞研究进展及其在肝移植中的应用前景

肝细胞肝癌（HCC）是全球最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，HCC的早期诊断和预后评估在肝癌治疗中具有重要意义。循环肿瘤细胞（CTC）作为HCC复发转移中的关键环节以及HCC—CTC检测的可行性，使其成为肝癌研究的前沿和热点，在肝移植术后免疫抑制状态下，CTC产生并存活下来的概率大大增加。本文就HCC-CTC与其他循环肿瘤细胞的区别、HCC—CTC检测方法和临床研究进展以及在肝癌肝移植中的应用前景进行了综述。

Advances on circulating tumor cells of hepatocellular carcinoma and its prospects in liver transplantation

HepatoceUular carcinoma （HCC） is one of the common malignant tumors in the world. The early diagnosis and prognosis of HCC plays critical roles in the treatments for HCC. Circulating tumor cell （CTC） have nowadays become the frontier and hot spot in liver cancer research as its key roles in HCC recurrence and metastasis, also because of the feasibility of CTC detection. Moreover, the immunosuppressive status after liver transplantation would significantly increase the survival of CTC released into the circulation. In this paper, we elucidated the eharacterics of HCC-CTC and reviewed its detection methods and the clinical progresses, as well as the application prospects in liver transplantation.
