濮阳市直高中开展结核病综合防控效果探讨

目的 通过对高中在校生进行结核病综合防控、胸透体检,检验结核病防控措施效果,进一步改进高中生结核病防控策略,从而降低高中生结核病发病率.方法 2010年 7月,对市直高中生开展结核病综合防控、胸透体检,观察分析三年来结核病疫情变化.结果实施高中生结核病综合防控措施后,每年的 10-12月份并进行胸透体检的学校 （简称胸透组 ）活动性结核病患病率明显降低,2010年 7月 -2011年 6月、2011年 7月 -2012年 6月、2012年 7月 -2013年 6月年度分别为 112.36/10万、71.8/10万、157.97 /10万.结论 实施高中生结核病综合防控措施并每年 10-12月份进行胸透体检,有利于对学生结核病患者早发现、早隔离、早治疗,降低发病率、减少暴发流行,效果良好.

Exploration on effect of tuberculosis prevention and control for high schools in Puyang city

Objective Through the comprehensive prevention and control measures of tuberculosis in high school students, to examine the effect of tuberculosis prevention and control measures for further improvement of prevention and control strategies, thus reducing the incidence of tuberculosis in high school students. Methods Conduct the comprehensive prevention and control measures and chest X-ray examinatiom of tuberculosis in high school students from July, 2010, observe and analyze the changes of tuberculosis epidemic in three years. Results After the oomprehemive prevention and control of tuberculosis were conducted in high school students, active tuberculosis prevalence was significantly reduced in the schools where X-ray examinations were taken between October and December every year（abbr X-ray group）, in the years, July, 2010 to June, 2011, July, 2011 to June, 2012, July, 2012 to June, 2013, the rates are respectively 112.36/100 000, 71.8/100 000, 157.97/100 000. Conclusion Conduction of comprehensive prevention and control measures of tuberculosis and annual chest X-ray examinations between October and December are more beneficial to discovery early, isolation early and treatment early of tuberculosis students, to reduce incidence rate and outbreaks, and to receive ~od results.
