DAPK和P53在食管鳞癌中的表达和相关性

目的：探讨食管鳞癌死亡相关蛋白激酶（DAPK）、P53蛋白表达的变化及其与食管鳞癌临床病理因素的关系。方法：应用组织芯片免疫组化法检测104例食管鳞癌组织和癌旁正常黏膜DAPK和P53蛋白的表达。结果：食管鳞癌DAPK的阳性表达率明显低于癌旁正常黏膜，P53的阳性表达率明显高于癌旁正常黏膜（P＜0.05）；食管鳞癌DAPK表达与浸润深度和淋巴结转移有关，P53表达与分化程度和淋巴结转移有关（P＜0.05）；食管鳞癌DAPK和P53的表达呈负相关（r=-0.349，P＜0.05）。结论：食管鳞癌DAPK和P53蛋白表达呈负相关可能与食管鳞癌的发生发展密切相关。

EXPRESSION AND CORRELATION OF DAPK AND P53 IN ESOPHAGEAL SQUAMOUS CARCINOMA

Objective： To investigate the death-associated protein kinase （DAPK） and P53 protein expression in esophageal squamous carcinoma and their relationships with clinicopathologic characteristics of esophageal squamous carcinoma.Methods：Tissue microarray immunohistochemical method was used to detect the DAPK and P53 protein expression in 104 cases esophageal squamous carcinoma and adjacent normal mucosa.Results：Compared with adjacent normal mucosa, the DAPK expression in esophageal squamous carcinoma obviously declined, P53 expression obviously increased （P〈0.05）. In esophageal squamous carcinoma, DAPK expression was associated with infiltration depth and lymph node metastasis （P〈0.05）; P53 expression was related to differentiated degree and lymph node metastasis （P〈0.05）. In esophageal squamous carcinoma, DAPK expression was negatively correlated with P53 expression. Conclusions：Negative correlation of DAPK and P53 expression in esophageal squamous carcinoma may be closely related to the development of esophageal squamous carcinoma.
