| 摘 要： | 口服药物在肠道中的吸收是决定药物生物利用度的重要因素。肠道中有许多介导药物转运的蛋白，在药物的吸收、分布和相互作用方面起关键的作用。本文通过介绍一些常见的肠道膜转运蛋白及其转运机制，提出利用转运蛋白的特性和转运蛋白底物之间的相互作用，提高药物的生物利用度。并对中药成分中的一些转运蛋白底物及中药-西药之间的相互作用进行了阐述。

| Abstract: | Intestinal absorption of oral administration are the important means to effect bioavailability. There are many transporters in gastrointestinal tract to affect drug absorption, distribution and pharmacological interaction. This article is to introduce common intestinal transporters and the mechanism, to propose to increase the bioavailability by utilizing the property of transporters and interaction of substrates. It also explains some components of Chinese materia mediea which is the substraet of intestinal transporters and herb-drug interaction . |
